In January of 2013, Mary Lee Cudd, PA-C was inspired to open Élan Med Spa after 27 years of caring for OB/GYN and plastic surgery patients in Fayetteville, NC. The tradition of a medically-based spa continues under new ownership, now with even more opportunities look and feel good. Élan Med Spa is now led by board-certified Internal Medicine physician, Eric Bishop MD and board-certified physician assistant Maria Castillo-Powell PA-C. While Maria and Eric bring a wealth of Evidence Based Medicine to this thriving aesthetic practice, they have embraced the foundation Mary Lee laid for them in developing services and techniques that provide the highest quality of aesthetic care in Fayetteville, NC. We are passionate about much more than just helping our patients look their best; we also help our patients discover their inner confidence.

What’s new with Elan? With the additional expertise Elan Med Spa will now be providing Weight Management with the use of the ‘anti-obesity’ medication semiglutide and Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT or HRT for short) for management of menopause, low-testosterone and a several other hormonal conditions.
